2. Paying for Your Order

We keep checkout simple and secure. You can pay using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover, and PayPal is also available for those who prefer it. Every transaction runs through trusted payment processors like Stripe and PayPal, protected with SSL encryption, and all amounts are billed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

What we don’t accept: checks, cash, wire transfers, or any offline payment method. Keeping payments digital keeps everyone — you and us — protected.

3. About Our Products

Leather is a natural material, and no two hides are exactly alike — so a little variation between what you see online and what arrives at your door is completely normal and part of the charm of a genuine leather jacket. A few other things worth knowing:

• Screen settings vary from device to device, so colors may look slightly different in person
• Stock levels can shift quickly, especially during sales or high-demand seasons

Once you’ve placed your order and it’s confirmed, though, your price and item are locked in for good — no last-minute changes on our end.

4. Made-for-You Jackets

A lot of our jackets can be tailored to your exact measurements, because leather should fit you, not the other way around. If you go the custom-size route, please take an extra minute to double-check your numbers before hitting “order” — once our craftsmen start cutting and stitching, a custom piece can’t be resized or swapped the way an off-the-rack item can. 5. Getting Your Jacket to You

We ship worldwide — because great leather deserves to travel.

• Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days of payment
• You’ll see exact shipping costs and delivery estimates at checkout, before you pay a cent
• Delivery windows can shift due to your location, local customs processing, holidays, or other things outside our control
• We’re not responsible for delays caused by the courier or by shipping details that turn out to be incorrect

Shopping internationally? Heads up — your country may charge customs duties or import taxes on incoming packages. Those charges are set by your local government, not by us, so they’re your responsibility and aren’t baked into our prices or shipping costs.

6. Changed Your Mind? Cancellations

We get it — sometimes you order, then immediately start second-guessing. You’ve got a 24-hour window from the time you place your order to cancel it for a full refund. After that, if your jacket has already gone into production or shipped, cancellation might not be possible. Reach out to us as fast as you can if you need to cancel, and we’ll see what we can do.

7. Returns & Refunds

If your jacket doesn’t feel like “the one,” you’ve got 30 days from delivery to return or exchange it — as long as it’s unworn, unused, and still wearing its original tags.

Good to know:

• Refunds go back to your original payment method after we’ve inspected the returned jacket
• Shipping fees aren’t refundable unless the return happened because of a mistake on our end
• Custom-tailored jackets are final sale, unless the piece arrives damaged or doesn’t match what you actually ordered

8. When We Might Step In and Cancel an Order

Every once in a while, we have to cancel an order ourselves — usually because of:

• Suspected fraudulent activity
• A pricing mistake that slipped through
• An item unexpectedly going out of stock
• A breach of these Terms

If that happens, you’ll hear from us immediately, and you’ll get every penny back — no delays, no hassle.

9. Promotions & Discount Codes

We love running sales and sending out discount codes. Unless we say otherwise, these codes can’t be stacked with other offers, applied to orders already placed, or swapped out for cash. We can update or end a promotion whenever we need to, but that never affects an order you already placed under it.

10. Our Content, Our Craft

Every photo, product write-up, logo, and design element on our site is the work of Best Leather Jacket and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Feel free to browse, screenshot for your own inspiration board, or share a link with a friend — but please don’t copy, republish, or reuse our content elsewhere without asking us first.

11. Where Our Responsibility Ends

Best Leather Jacket isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages tied to using our site or wearing our products. If something does go wrong on our end, the most we’re responsible for is the purchase price of the item involved.

12. When Life Gets in the Way

Sometimes things happen that nobody can control — severe weather, natural disasters, shipping carrier meltdowns, customs delays, strikes, you name it. We can’t be held responsible for delays caused by these kinds of events, but we’ll always keep you in the loop if your order gets caught up in one.

13. Your Privacy Matters

14. Governing Law

These Terms follow the laws of the United States. If you’re ordering from elsewhere in the world, your local consumer protection laws may also apply.

15. If One Piece Doesn’t Fit

If any single part of these Terms is ever ruled invalid by a court, the rest of the agreement stands strong — one broken thread doesn’t unravel the whole jacket.

16. Ending Access

If these Terms are broken, we may suspend or end your access to our site. Anything owed or agreed upon before that point still stands.
